Management 3.0

The complexity and speed at which business moves in the 21st century requires advance management solutions.

Management 1.0 was the original school of pyramid shaped structures that embodied in their deep structure most of the dysfunctions present in society including classism, sexism, racism, all of which eventually came to haunt and diminish the efficacy of management 1.0 (and oh yea it was evil)

Management 2.0 was the onset of team development, greater participation, flatter hierarchies, total quality management and a reassessment of how to offer value to customers. While some of the more obvious dysfunction began to diminish (but definitely not disappear) it still had a lot of ineffective use of human capacity. Additionally, it had a mediocre ability to deal with the increasing complexity of business.

Management 3.0 is about facilitating autonomy, self-organization, and competition without the negative implications of a zero sum game. It is about creating cultures that inspire innovation and collaboration, without envy or knowledge hoarding.  (See table below)*

The direct result of this type of system is the ability to do more with fewer people and the ability to attract and retain a higher caliber of talent.

My job is to guide you through the transition to becoming a management 3.0 company. By drawing on expertise and science from both the East and the West; I will show you how to use the stress of change management to your advantage. I also have unique and advanced tools for assessing current staff and potential hires.  I will use the most innovative disciplines to assess and reboot your organizational structure.

Previously this level of management support was only affordable to large established companies. But because I practice what I preach I can be far more flexible and adaptive. Consequently I am able to focus on the companies that need this type of specialized attention but usually can’t afford it: startups and companies in distress. I do this by working for extremely low upfront costs (sometimes none) and a share of profits.
